What should I include so you can judge whether a check is feasible?
What you make and the container or part, the faults the line must catch (with photos of good and bad products if you have them), the line speed, and the PLC if you know it. A short video of the line helps. For a structured review, the vision assessment form asks for each of these in turn, and the sample guide explains what a useful sample set looks like.
What happens after I send a message?
An addaScan engineer replies within two working days. If the check looks feasible, the usual next step is to agree a sample test on your own products before any hardware is proposed; that test ends in a written feasibility conclusion.
What is the difference between this form and the vision assessment form?
This short form is for questions, a first budget discussion or anything that does not fit a form. The vision assessment form collects the product, the checks, the line and the samples in one structured request, so the engineering review can start straight away.
